Apply to the Master of Science degree in RA and QA.

Step 1: Application Requirements

Attend the RA and QA open house either in person at Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, or online. For information on the online open house, email [click-for-email].

Step 2: Apply and Submit Supporting Materials

Please submit a paper application and send it to the RA and QA office.

Supporting Materials

You will need the following information to complete the application form.

Biographical data and work experience
Dates that you attended all post-secondary institutions (including Temple University and the RA and QA graduate program, if applicable).
Activities and accomplishments
Nonrefundable application fee of $75 for hard copy (payable by check)

You will also need to submit these supporting materials.

Letters of Reference

Two letters of reference, sent directly to the RA and QA office, completed on the Reference Report for Graduate Studies or on official and original letterhead (with writer’s contact information) of no more than two pages. Original copies are required. (Emailed or faxed letters are not accepted.)

Statement of Goals

Statement of professional goals and objectives.

Résumé or CV

A signed copy of your most recent résumé or CV.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. This includes an official transcript from any semester you attended Temple University, including RA and QA courses, if applicable. Even if you took just one course at a school, you must include an official transcript for that academic work.

International Applicants

International students should review important information about applying to the School of Pharmacy. Applicants must submit the following.

TOEFL score or IELTS score for international applicants and non-native English speakers who have not earned a U.S. academic degree
A course-by-course evaluation of foreign transcripts through third-party provider World Education Services (WES) or Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE)
International applicants should also consult with Temple’s Office of International Students and Scholars for additional information about visa requirements.

Application Deadlines

You do not need to submit your application and supporting materials together, but your application and application fee should be submitted first before any other documents.

Materials must be received by the following dates.

Fall (September) admission: July 1
Spring (January) admission: Nov. 1
Summer (May) admission: March 1

Step 3: Receive Reply

Within two weeks of submitting your application and all supporting materials, please contact Jean Westbrook to verify that your file is complete.

Once the admissions committee has received your materials, it takes a minimum of six to eight weeks before you will receive a final decision on whether you have been accepted.
